Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a technology-driven role with experience on any of the innovative technologies like AI, ML, IoT, Blockchain or Data Science

• Demonstrated working knowledge with AI, ML, IoT including deep learning, neural networks, blockchain technology, and data engineering.

• Proficiency in Python, working knowledge on TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.

• Prior experience in developing, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment will be advantageous

• Experience with data engineering tools and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud especially those related to AI and Machine learning is desired.

• Proof-of-Concept and Experimentation: Conduct experimental projects and proof -of-concepts initiatives across various technologies such as AI, Generative AI, Blockchain, Machine learning, Causal ML to explore innovative solutions and enhancements

• Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and enable strategic data driven decisions. Be curious and proactive in exploring new techniques and tools to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes. Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data ingestion, processing and analysis

• AI Model Innovation: Develop and refine AI models, ensuring adaptability and scalability to meet changing business needs. Prior experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Business Understanding, Collaboration and Value Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological opportunities and integrate cutting edge solutions into Corporate systems business processes

• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of latest industry trends and technological advancements in data science and machine learning to propose and drive adoption of new tools and methodologies

• Effective Communication: Clearly articulate complex research findings, experiment results and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Innovation Mindset Requirements:

• 3-4 interviews with members of our team

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% travel time is required.
