Lead Lean teams to identify reduce and control all forms of waste through Lean Six Sigma Techniques.
Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in a wide range of assignments in related fields.
Make decisions about problems and engineering methods independently; represents the organization to resolve important issues and to plan and coordinate work. It requires the use of advanced techniques, as well as the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of its branch. Supervision and guidance related to general requirements, critical issues and new concepts of operation.
Individual researcher that Test, Document and supports introduction of complex or newly tasks for labor savings technologies.
Work with the appropriate departments to ensure that engineering changes comply fully with the regulations and procedures related to safety, environment and health
Ensure statistical methods of data collection and analysis are used in the evaluation of proposed changes.
Plan, coordinate and manage important engineering projects with complex characteristics.
Research will result in the development of new or refined equipment, materials, processes, products or methods for improvement.
Analyze Production processes and accordingly balance production throughput to satisfy demand.
Design and Develops Playbooks of Operation specifying Standard Capacity data.

Ability to manage execution of external suppliers
Ability to lead Technical Resources
Ability to provide On-call support.
Ability to work with Global multifunctional teams.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum
Experience with Barcoded and RFID systems.
Bachelor's and technical education degree required.
Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in equivalent role/level.
Experience with high volumes, high mixes.
Experience with transportation and logistics required.
Experience with retail distribution preferred.
Strong technology Design of Experiments and data analytics experience required
45-65% travel, US and Canada stores will be required
