Do you want to work on a dedicated team of three to create a growth engine and new commercialization model that emphasizes discovery and experimentation with customers? Do you want to learn how to be both a creator and an operator, thinking outside of the Microsoft (MSFT) box to identify disruptive new growth opportunities that leverage existing proprietary gifts? As part of a team of three, you will:

  • Help MSUS become the commercial vanguard by developing master discovery and validation muscle

  • Design a scalable way to discover our customers commercial truth

  • Build telemetry paths to validate or disqualify the MSFT point of view (POV) in a scalable way

You'll assist MSFT in developing an operational model for entrepreneurship to unlock our true market opportunity. As a collaborator and educator, you must have a strong passion for executing a vision. You must be empathetic, inquisitive, analytical and use these skills to educate and lead your discovery and validation work through the innovation journey. The role requires a high level of comfort navigating ambiguous and unregimented opportunities. The Growth Leader will support fast and iterative learning through rapid experimentation. You will drive the direction of the work while ensuring the quality of outcomes and the success of the program.

  • 7-10 years equivalent experience in Manufacturing Industry

  • Ability to stay lean and fail fast

  • Strong bias for action and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity

  • Passion for collaboration and mobilizing internal teams toward ambitious goals and the desire to strategically organize team operations and processes.

  • Success leading teams through consumer experiments, including customer discovery, in-market testing and product/market fit.

  • Pick and frame an opportunity area within a specific industry by creating an accepted hypothesis about where we will hunt for high-value businesses/problems to solve

Responsibilities More specifically, this role will assume the following responsibilities: * Create and champion a customer-focused and market-informed vision and strategy for T-Mobile's Care organization, focused on text-based customer support * Work closely with IT teams to define business requirements, manage release roadmaps / sprint cycles, and complete testing to ensure T-Mobile continues to be famous for Care * Effectively develop project plans based on priorities, set clear/measurable objectives and deploy resources appropriately to achieve business goals * Become a platform subject matter expert (focus on Asynchronous Messaging, emerging channels and self-service) * Lead and influence cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle(s) - including executive stakeholders in IT, Sales, program management, business intelligence, quality assurance, and brand marketing * Define and track channel and platform KPIs, derive key insights from metrics, and devise and execute tests to find solutions to customer pain points * Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through market launch. Consult on user stories and acceptance criteria; represent requirements; participate in UAT and accept delivered requirements. * Prioritize backlogs and approve release readiness. * Ensure that all platform and channel features introduced by the larger organization result in an elegant, coherent customer and frontline experience. Qualifications While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications: * Proven track record of representing the business and customer in the lifecycle of creating digital experiences. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * 2+ years of experience working in an operations, customer service, or telecommunications role, with a focus on innovation. * Experience collaborating with Product and IT teams. * Experience managing and representing projects with strong verbal and visual skills (Excel and PowerPoint experience a must) * A strong passion for technology, especially frontline desktop solutions. * Experience with AI and Conversational UI's a plus.
