Position

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our consulting team. This person will play a critical role on our project teams focusing on supporting the Case Team and driving results on projects. The selected candidate will exhibit a high-level of professionalism and a business style that is entrepreneurial, team-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Case Team to drive the team's thinking and work activities

o Work with a team to form hypotheses that will help clients solve their challenges

o Work with the team's manager to determine what recommendations to make to the client

  • Independently own and manage one or more work streams, including problem structuring, developing detailed work plan(s), overseeing analysis, and driving results

o Perform qualitative and quantitative research

o Develop and prepare slides or other written communications to convey the insights and recommendations developed

  • Interact closely with client teams

o Facilitate brainstorming and client training sessions

o Present findings to clients

  • Contribute directly to business and firm development

o Lead and advance intellectual property development/consulting offerings

o Contribute to the individual professional development of junior employees

Requirements

  • MBA with 2 years consulting experience or minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in Consulting with BS/BA

  • Experience owning a significant piece of work and interacting directly with clients/senior level executives

  • Proven ability to use reason, logic and creativity to solve ambiguous problems

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage large work streams and lead junior employees

  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems

  • Skillful communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence senior executives

  • Self-starter that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative team environment
