We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our consulting team. This person will play a critical role on our project teams focusing on supporting the Case Team and driving results on projects. The selected candidate will exhibit a high-level of professionalism and a business style that is entrepreneurial, team-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative.
o Work with a team to form hypotheses that will help clients solve their challenges
o Work with the team's manager to determine what recommendations to make to the client
o Perform qualitative and quantitative research
o Develop and prepare slides or other written communications to convey the insights and recommendations developed
o Facilitate brainstorming and client training sessions
o Present findings to clients
o Lead and advance intellectual property development/consulting offerings
o Contribute to the individual professional development of junior employees
MBA with 2 years consulting experience or minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in Consulting with BS/BA
Experience owning a significant piece of work and interacting directly with clients/senior level executives
Proven ability to use reason, logic and creativity to solve ambiguous problems
Demonstrated capacity to manage large work streams and lead junior employees
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems
Skillful communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence senior executives
Self-starter that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative team environment
