We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our growing knowledge organization. Our Information & Knowledge group is at a pivotal point, moving from our legacy end of life content management system to a single, unified next generation platform that brings all content stakeholders into the same content management ecosystem. The management skills that you bring will be directly utilized and expanded through this initiative.
Work you'll do:
In this interesting and diverse role, you will play a key role performing a wide range of program and operational duties to support the Information & Knowledge (InK) business sponsor and the agile software development team in building and deploying our next generation information and knowledge management system. The role will include:
Serves as a trusted advisor to the InK project sponsor and leadership team to drive decisions and align activities with strategic business objectives
Interacting and communicating with key global stakeholders and executive leadership regarding projects/initiatives
Monitoring development progress against the annual deployment plan and multi-year transformation plans
Collecting, validating and creating project metrics reports to provide objective visibility of key milestones and risk data to organizational leadership
Responsible for budget tracking and management
Preparing reporting deliverables for senior leadership groups
Coordinates & attends key staff and team meetings as required, prepares agenda and meeting minutes as needed. Independent follow-up on action items from meetings
Building and creating a repository of common processes, templates, and best practices to be implemented within the organization
Coordinating communications across all stakeholder groups

In Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions, we make an impact by providing knowledge management solutions that provide content that is used by all Deloitte Audit Practitioners in the execution of Audit & Assurance engagements around the globe. You will coordinate with our Global and member firm stakeholders and internal leadership supporting the creation of the next generation knowledge management platform. Our contributions directly support those engagements and the continued transformation of our Global Audit & Assurance business.

5+ years of business or technology project management experience
Strong understanding of project management concepts (from project initiation thru to project closure). Includes planning, monitoring and tracking, risk management and quality management
Attention to detail while also having the ability to understand the big picture
Strong organizational and consultative skills
Ability to work with and present to high-level executives
Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
Ability to work in a team environment and foster the teamwork of others
Microsoft Project, Visio and all Office tools
Education and experience:
Experience in process improvement
Experience in a large global, decentralized environment
Princeton NJ, with 20% travel requirements
Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO or equivalents)
Desired but not required: Audit experience
