Leads the compounding process in shift to ensure that all products/services the company provides meet both external and internal requirements
Leads the Injection molding process in shift
Leads the debinding and sintering process
Leads personnel engaged in production, material inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products.
Troubleshoot in case of any deviation in the process is observed.
Coordinates Production planning department to ensure that compounding, molding and sintering production plans are strictly adhered to and right process is followed.
Monitor and ensure the job changeovers are done as per the plan.
Ensure all set parameter for the process is as per requirement.
Ensuring quality of the parts with respect to properties and aesthetic quality.
Monitor SPC charts for green weight of all the parts. Troubleshoot if required.
Hourly production and material handling should be maintained.
Documentation work as per the QMS TS 16949: 2002 standard.
Maintains and monitors the departmental objective (MOP's and CIP's) when required to meet objectives.
Promotes safety and proper operating procedures within the department.
Practices and maintains the 6S activity in the department.
Provide the necessary support for Production and Engineering department for development of new parts.

Or 2-3 years of injection molding work experience.
Knowledge ISO/TS 16949, SO 9001 documentation (preferred)
Knowledge on SPC (statistical process control) and MSA (measurement system analysis) .
Written and verbal communication skills in E

Under guidance from the TSC Manager, the TSC Team Lead assists with the technical and non-technical growth and development of TSC Support Specialists. The Team Lead is responsible for managing resources, distribution of workload, setting clear direction for their team and ensuring goals and Key Performance Indicators are met for the team. Job Description Job Description * Balance team workload to perform effectively and efficiently * Real-time resource allocation to all incoming support requests (Phone, Self-Service, Interoffice Handoff and Manager requests) meeting identified organizational SLAs * Subject Matter Expert (SME) that assists/coach's agents in handling product issues and uses Technical knowledge to assist in addressing customer requests * Provide continues team mentoring and coaching to ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently. * Follow and mentor HIPAA best practices * Ensure continual, clear and relevant communication among team members. * Evaluate and assign issues requiring handoff between agents due to scheduled or continued work based on urgency and skills within the team * Identify high customer demand periods during core working hours and work among other Technical and Operational leads to add or backfill resources to meet demand. * Provide on the spot feedback to employees and support leadership, as well as document opportunities and reinforce productive behavior * Champion quality, team ideas and input, collaborate to develop plans to drive continuous improvement * Utilize and champion the use of knowledge based technology and tools to streamline processes * Drive agent identification of knowledge article (KA) needs and assign resource and schedule to complete. * Weekly review of team case status and actively manage agents' queues (Aging and Cases not touched) * Tasks are associated with shift time frame and customer demand.
