Initiative Deployment Leader

As an experienced Salesperson or Sales Leader, Lead the District in successful achievement of critical key initiatives orders. As an enabler for the District to maintain focus on delivery to the core Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) Business model, while also ensuring that there remains a critical focus on the processes and discipline to drive multiple initiative sales so that initiatives orders are accretive to the Business. To lead the transformation of the District businesses to a profitable connected future. This role will report directly to the District General Manager.

  • District Initiatives Orders assessed by achievement of quotas

  • Outcome Based Services (OBS) Migration Productivity and Operating Income (OI) targets

  • Sustainability of resources to support initiatives

  • Safety compliance

  • Effectively leading deployment of multiple initiatives and establishing balance between sales leadership and operational readiness. Initiatives include Infrastructure Renewal, Connected Services, Security, Airports, Competitive Construction, etc.

  • Coordination amongst multiple stakeholders

  • Leadership in driving engagement and ROI on Customer Growth Initiatives such as Honeywell Users Group (HUG) and other Marketing & District based customer events.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership or Operations Leadership experience or in lieu of a degree 10 years of Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership or Operations Leadership experience

Own the tactical and strategic lifecycle, direction and innovation of Enterprise Monitoring at Honeywell. This position is responsible for leading Enterprise Monitoring teams, collaborating globally with all Honeywell Businesses, Service Owners, and Supplier Focals, ensuring that a solid monitoring practice and strategy is in place and integrated with the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework for automatic alerting, tracking, escalation and resolution of issues impacting Honeywell services. This role will be accountable for Honeywell's enterprise-wide strategy, implementation, and operations for end-to-end monitoring of application and infrastructure utilizing and enhancing the currently deployed technologies: Catchpoint, Geneos, AppDynamics, Splunk, VRealize Ops, Nagios, Chef, and ServiceNow. * Accountable to design, implement and operate software tools and process for end-to-end monitoring of all technology assets. Honeywell's Global Enterprise Monitoring roadmap scope includes both internal technologies and external technologies. * Lead team efforts to design, integrate, consolidate, correlate and implement monitoring systems for core infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, applications, performance monitoring, and synthetic monitoring. * Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves system availability, resiliency, and performance. * Build end-to-end monitoring, detection and prevention tools for both internal Information technology assets and external product/go-to-market environments. * Develop and drive solution cost benefit / ROI modeling and analysis. * Partner with the rest of the technology teams including application development, testing services, network engineering, security, and operations to establish end-to-end monitoring strategy. * Engineer monitoring solutions operations and policies to drive proactive alerts and notification. * Work with operational teams to automate proactive actions to proactively solve problems through automation * Use predictive analytics tools to analyze real-time data building a dynamic service model to correlate abnormalities to forecast problems and prioritize issues based on business impact. 20 Develop business' IT strategy 20 Recommend IT solution roadmaps 20 Set local IT priorities 20 Drive continuous improvement 20 Ensure compliance/cyber safety YOU MUST HAVE * Bachelor's Degree and minimum * 10+ years IT experience with a min 5 yrs.
