Summary: Responsible for preparing and sending initial disclosure packages and CICs, pulling flood certifications, sending out counter-offers and denied and withdrawn letters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Prepare and send out initial disclosure packages, both e-signed and paper as required.
2.Prepare and send Change in Circumstances (CIC) notifications as required.
3.Monitor loans with disclosures out and send incomplete letters as needed.
4.Monitor open loans to be sure all applications have been submitted for disclosures or adverse action.
5.Request flood certifications and request research as needed.
6.Obtain appraisal fee quotes prior to disclosures as needed.
7.Send out denied/withdrawn letters and counteroffer packages with revised disclosures.
8.Submit GUS prequalification request to CMC on behalf of MLO as requested.
9.Cancel and move expired prequalifications out of the open loans folder.
10.Possess a good working knowledge of all regulatory requirements pertaining to the job function including but not limited to BSA/AML, the U.S. Patriot Act and privacy laws.
11.Satisfactory and timely completion of all required regulatory training.

Job Overview: Responsible for analyzing and identifying dirt defects presented in the paint process. Also responsible for measuring and registering paint layer thicknesses (E-coat, Primer and Top-coat), checking and reporting gloss and appearance values. Responsibilities: * Knowledge of the whole paint shop process * Paint defect detection and analysis in various points in the process and in finished vehicles * Perform general microscopy * Identification of the type of dirt in the paint to determining their origins and make proposals to minimize and eliminate them. In line, with production speed and using high powered magnification * Identification of the layer of paint in which the defect is found * Be in all the paint shop areas identifying quality issues and reporting to their responsible. In this way, they can know that they have this problem and they will fix it * Reporting any kind of deviation in the production process * Be in contact with suppliers and work together to fix the issues * Corrective action * Assist paint engineers in the development of new program requirements * Knowledge in craters and pollution * Fiber analysis * Dirt sample collection/ identification for Dirt Library * Sampling of various materials * Contamination test * Evaluate new products for compatibility with the paint system * Measuring the microns of different type of PVCs when de product is wet or dry (using different devices) * Measuring specified number of paint film and evaluate them. Relate the thicknesses with quality issues * Enter film build data into the computer and generate specified reports * Perform all initial paint performance testing, including gloss, orange peel, adhesion, cure, etc. * Measuring the vertical air speed of the paint booths (If the vertical air speed is incorrect it affects the quality of the paint process, so I can make modifications on how to change the engine drives hertz movement) * Measuring differential pressure measurement in paint booths * Inspection and measuring the draft movement within the oven using smoke tubes * Verification of overpressure in paint booths * Control and analysis of the painting robot bells * Create charts using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint * Knowledge in QSYS production software that it is currently being introduced into the Charleston plant * Control and monitoring of the calibration status of department equipment Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) * Strong interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate at all levels using verbal and written media * Minimum 2 years' experience as an analyst in a paint shop * Familiar with Quality Loops and Quality Standards We are all in for change.
