Essential Functions:

• Ensure Safety, GMP and Food Safety policies and practices are adhered to.

• Verifies if the components are properly FEFO (First Expired First Out).

• Identify and verify proper customer/lot numbers being used per formula guidelines

• Assist with unloading of bulk ingredient tanker trucks

• Weigh up batches per customer formula requirements

• Clean all utensils after use per department sanitation procedures and schedule.

• Assists in correcting distressed batches when needed.

• Insure RMD area is cleaned per housekeeping schedule/guidelines

• Send shift report at the end of every shift via email in absence of RMD Team Lead.

• Responsible for Food Quality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and following written work related instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 70 pounds.

• Must be able to push and/or pull up to 40 pounds.

• Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.

• Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.

• Successful completion of a post offer physical assessment, drug screen and background check required.
