Sentry is currently seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead our Service Center team! The Service Center primarily handles the acquisition, assembly, delivery, and troubleshooting of equipment for all associates and the installation of software based on requests. The Service Center Manager assists with coordinating the daily activities of the team, leads technical staff, and handles customer relations. The manager ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. A significant focus of this role is ensuring exceptional customer interactions and maintaining efficient services to support internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute:

  • Oversee a team of technicians providing guidance, mentorship, and support - ensuring that team members have the resources they need to succeed.

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Manage all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of support functions.

  • Develop and implement user support strategies ensuring the team delivers high-quality, timely support to internal customers while leveraging customer service metrics to assess effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and self-service including repetitive tasks, manual processes, and workflow optimizations and work with other Workplace Technology teams as necessary to implement.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints and are aligned with project vision.

  • Allocate resources effectively, considering skills, workload, and priorities.

  • Conduct human resource staff administration duties such as hiring/onboarding, providing timely feedback, completing formal performance and compensations reviews, etc.

  • What it Takes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Previous management experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Successful track record of solution delivery and experience with project management practices.

  • Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.
