PracticeMax is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure reporting to the Sr. Director of IT based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This position leads the infrastructure strategic and tactical systems initiatives to support the requirements of the enterprise and provides leadership for strategic planning, organizational development of staffing and resources within the team, and the financial leadership regarding budgeting. This position also works collaboratively with all company departments to coordinate the analysis, development, implementation, evaluation, enhancement, and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure. This position functions as a working Information Technology manager to support network, telephony, server and information security needs on behalf of the company and manages the impact of technology implementation to optimize infrastructure performance.
Degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field (master's preferred)
3-5 years supervisory experience managing employees
Must have experience with large network/multi-platform configuration & support
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
Strong leadership skills
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive, persuasive communicator at all staff levels
Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
