Role: Infrastructure Engineer- Onsite

Location: Plano, Texas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understands service level indicators and applies service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers. Strong exposure to Windows, AD group at OS level and Powershell scripting. Must have worked on Citrix Xen desktop server and has good understanding of Virtual App process.

• Solve priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems, and code automation solutions for remediation. Proficient in site reliability principles and familiarity with how to implement site reliability within an application or platform.

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, and .Net. Proficient knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a given technical subject area (e.g., Cloud, artificial intelligence, Android, etc.). Experience in observability such as monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and others.
