Your daily responsibilities include

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for Hollywood Casino Tunica, Resorts Tunica, and/or 1st Jackpot Tunica:

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

  • Maintains and operates computer systems or networks. Supports Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points and other associated equipment

  • Installs, supports and manages servers and resolves issues as needed.

  • Manages the Active Directory.

  • Installs patches and performs system backups and recovery.

  • Monitors system configuration, storage arrays & back-ups and maintains data files.

  • Resolves network performance issues and establishes a disaster recovery plan.

  • Provides technical support and guidance to users.

  • Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training

  • Working knowledge of current Windows operating systems

  • Knowledgeable of networking fundamentals

  • Experience supporting current Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software and operating systems

  • Experience performing computer imaging and restoration

  • Knowledge of Microsoft active directory administration

  • Cisco IP phones, Micros POS, AS/400, and Bally ACSC support experience is a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Must obtain a First Aid/AED certification. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training.

Your daily responsibilities include ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for Hollywood Casino Tunica, Resorts Tunica, and/or 1st Jackpot Tunica: * Participates in the cash count in the count room by emptying the BV boxes and processing cash and tickets through the high speed currency counters in the count room. * Participates in the slot BV drop on the casino floor by pulling BV boxes from the slot machines and replaces with empty BV boxes. * Uses table top currency counters to count and strap currency. * Obtains the carts and chip trays from the cage prior to the start of each shift. * Records currency from each bill acceptor and table games box on the electronic currency counter. Prepares and bundles the currency drop for verification. * Separates slot ticket and currency from gaming machines and performs chip count for Poker Room. * Prepares and creates required reports on the count and accurately enters into computerized online accounting system. * Promptly notifies Manager and/or Supervisor of any problems or issues in the count room. * Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. * Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. * Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
