COLSA Corporation is seeking a candidate as an Information Technology (IT) Systems Analyst to provide technical, software, and engineering to the System Simulation and Development Directorate (SSDD) Advanced Technology Planning and Integration (ATPI) Branch in performance of its ground test/flight test support to support execution of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) GMT Test Division efforts. This position will be located in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience analyzing business needs and developing strategies to optimize system value. The primary roles and responsibilities are listed below:
Provide software and systems support, subject matter expert (SME) support, GFE procurement support, software analysis support, and program management
Perform special studies, tradeoff analysis, requirements analysis, and functional capability analyses to insure the most cost effective approach
Review, analyze, and evaluate issues to meet customer needs
Identify and analyze alternatives for project development decisions, project execution, and prioritization
Develop, review and distribute applicable requirements documentation as it relates to requirements and coordinate support requirements to meet mission need
Bachelor's degree in a field related or relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Ability to accurately process multiple assignments with aggressive timelines in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Active DoD SECRET security clearance
Familiar with DoD networks and communications transport systems
Experience with delivering contractual requirements
Experience using enterprise-level collaboration tools such as SharePoint
Experience with software design, training and maintenance
Experience with providing technical support for customers/users
Experience supporting executive leadership and leading teams in multiple functional areas
