Position: Information Technology Systems Administrator

Location: Tampa Support Center- Tampa, FL.

Key Qualifications: This position may require some travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist helpdesk support team as well as Work with users to resolve problems.

• Administer, monitor, and deploy systems and services on AWS and other remote servers.

• Design and deploy the infrastructure and services for new applications.

• Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements.

• Keep up with AWS maintenance requirements, avoiding unplanned outages.

• Troubleshoots, software, hardware, and network related issues.

• Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.

• Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups.

• Provides updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users, via voice mail, e- mail or in-person communication.

• Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications.

• Administers Exchange/365 e-mail and anti-virus systems.

• Administers remote devices through cloud-based interfaces.

• Administers VPN Tunnels between Corporate sites and cloud.

• Fully responsible for administering Firewalls for the corporate offices.

• Administers System Backup Solutions.

• Work with Barracuda Email Security and Archiving System.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for evaluating cloud-based solutions while actively driving risk down using industry best practice. Plan, implement, upgrade and monitor security controls for the protection of cloud-based networks and information systems.

• Performing security audits across the cloud network to ensure compliances.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED or Trade School; Associate's degree preferred

• Experience: Minimum of Five years troubleshooting, support and technology experience required.

• Skills & Certifications:

• Managing AWS environment (AWS EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC, RDS, Route53, CloudFront, Systems Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, FSx).

• Working in a load balanced, high traffic, highly available 24/7/365 environment. Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps. Windows Server. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, NTFS, Microsoft SQL Server, DHCP, Hyper-V and VMware, Bash, PowerShell. Office365 (SharePoint, Exchange…), Azure Active Directory (AD Connector - synchronization with on-prem AD). Windows and Cloud System Monitoring.

• Participating in a 24/7 on call rotation. Proficient in time management.

• Valid Driver's License required

• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
