Were looking for an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our Information Technology and Information Security team. Youll report to the Senior Manager of Information Technology and work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated colleagues working to grow Truepill and support our mission.
As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you will assist users with technical issues with computing equipment and network infrastructure.

You're excited about this opportunity because...
You will assist users with technical issues with computing equipment and network infrastructure
You will provide onboarding and offboarding support, to include provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts across on-premises and cloud infrastructure
You will create, update, and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and checklist for use within the team and end users
You will perform the deployment, secure configuration, maintenance, and management of our computing equipment and infrastructure
You will conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to determine root cause and resolve any related problems
You will provide recommendations and best practices for the optimal use and for securing our services, networks, and systems
You will help instruct on how to best use the different equipment, systems, and tools to meet business objectives
You will focus on attending to requests in our ticketing system, prioritizing service requests based on department and production objectives
You will be the primary point of contact for personnel with any IT question or request
You will assist in project planning, implementations, and troubleshooting
You will work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently

You hold a Bachelor's degree, a combination of experience and/or Associate's degree, or an equivalent combination of equivalent education and work experience
You possess two (2) to five (5) years in a related field, preferably in Pharmacy/Healthcare industry with experience in supporting the information technology
You are able to document and communicate concisely and precisely in writing and orally
You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
You are experienced working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and O365 or the ability & willingness to learn the platform quickly
You are experience with using, managing, troubleshooting hardware & software issues, and maintaining/managing laser and label printers, barcode scanners, portable handheld terminals and tablets
You are familiar with computer provisioning and remote configuration tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Autopilot, Intune, and Jamf
You have experience automating tasks through scripting with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $72,000.
This is a hybrid position with an onsite expectation of 2 days a week and as needed at our location in Brooklyn.
