Serve as the primary contact in providing customer service and technical support to internal partners and vendors. Follow processes and procedures efficiently and correctly to run operation jobs.
Design, build and/or test new systems, processes or services
Respond to requests for new services
Document workflow of processes within the organization
Investigate, research and troubleshoot IT related issues
Perform new user IT training and communication of IT policies and standards
Perform scheduled departmental audits and report findings to management
Follow instructions and develop know of Automic schedule.Will be responsible for updating documentation as an ongoing project.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Basic computer skills, attention to detail, customer service focus, proven ability to learn new processes, and basic understanding of job scheduling fundamentals.
Follow instructions and develop know of Automic schedule.
Must be able to act quickly when problems arise
Must have ability to navigate using WIKI and other resources as needed for problem resolution
