Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the Information Technology Supervisor I is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating activities for the Application Testing Unit staff. The unit is responsible for analysis, program development, testing, and documentation of multiple applications including, but not limited to, the Payroll System, Evidence Management System, and Dashboard Reporting System for the Software Development Group.

Working Conditions

Office environment, Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700 hours. Telework is not permitted for this position.

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to appointment. To satisfy the minimum qualification requirement with education, you must include your unofficial transcript(s)/diploma for initial review.

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. Each question must be numbered and addressed in the same order as the questions below. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12-point Arial font.

• Please describe in detail your recent experience with leading a test team. What were your role and responsibilities?

• What is your recent experience in formulating software test plan and test scripts? Please provide an example.

• What is your most recent experience with an automated software testing tool, such as Tosca?
