This includes management and roll out of workstation operating systems (e.g.
Windows 10), roll out of tools (e.g.
Sophos, MS Endpoint, Nessus and Belarc). Responsible for developing and managing images and patching workstations, monitoring security reports, and working with the rest of the Service Desk to address compliance issues on workstations and mobile devices.
Working as a Workstation Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Service Desk for the more technical issues and providing recommendation on future tools, hardware and process to improve overall customer satisfaction and Service Desk skill set and productivity.
This position serves in the domains of System Engineering and Client Services.
Duties may include access to information systems containing protected enrollee information, including federal tax information, protected health information, and personally identifying information.
