Bachelor s degree. Two years of experience in software development and systems analysis are required. Additional related work experience in software development and systems analysis may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

This is an IT Software Developer position that will be dedicated to the development and maintenance of custom applications in support of the Service Management Division business functions within the Information Technology Department (ITD). Specifically, this position will address the needs of the ITD internal and external customers. The job entails varied aspects such as user-requirement gathering, developing technical specifications, integration development, modifying configuration, deploying code across multiple environments, testing, providing demos, developing dashboards, reports, and queries, collaborating with users, vendors, analysts, data center staff and other stakeholders, conducting research, performing analysis, preparing documentation, and communicating written and verbally on a regular basis. This position may be assigned to a variety of subject matter areas during the implementation of various projects. This position will work closely with customers from multiple distinct areas; analyze, and document existing business and financial processes and requirements.
Experience with the following is preferred:
Visual Studio Development (.NET Core, Angular, React, Bootstrap, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, Vue.js, etc.)
BI & Analytics development experience (Microsoft Power BI), DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
SQL development tools
Relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
Application Programming Interfaces (API) and Web Services (SOAP, XML, JSON, RESTful, etc.)
Microsoft SharePoint Development
