We are seeking an Information Technology Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications. This position is based out of our global headquarters in Duncan, South Carolina. After gaining knowledge of our environment, there is the opportunity for this position to work under our Hybrid schedule working both in the office and remotely.

The role of the IT Project Manager Coordinator will plan, execute, and finalize minor Enhancement projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget. This includes identifying resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects as planned. The IT Project Coordinator will also build business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, define project objectives, ensure policies, processes and procedures are effectively followed, and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. We are continuing to evolve/mature our internal IT project management processes and this position would support developing business requirements for ServiceNow and working with our team to develop, test and implement required changes/processes. The IT Project Coordinator will also support managing thirty-party application contracts and new vendor selection evaluation/on-boarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Build solid business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage IT Enhancements/projects through the entire project lifecycle.

  • Train team leaders and other project managers to ensure consistent project delivery in alignment with IT Project management processes.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Regularly report project status to project stakeholders.

  • Support the implementation of new IT Business Management functionality as part of ServiceNow

  • Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements as we evolve our IT project management processes focused on our intake and prioritization of work processes.

  • Evaluate and on-board new IT Vendors/Applications.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management.

  • 1-3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution.

  • 1-3 years direct experience leading IT projects.

  • Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development.

  • Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).

  • Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs.

  • Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.

  • Salesforce.com

  • Service Now - Information Technology Business Management is used as our IT project management tool

  • Microsoft Office

  • Microsoft SharePoint / Teams
