Job Description:

The IT Program Manager will manage demand through a streamlined demand intake process. The incumbent is responsible for prioritizing needs and working closely with IT Solution Partners & business stakeholders. The IT Program Manager will create business cases for budget approvals and deliver high-quality projects on time & within the allocated budget. This role requires frequent interaction with senior-level leadership both in the IT organization as well as with business stakeholders. Financial management, organizational change management, speed of delivery, and sponsorship alignment are the pillars of success for this role.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or another related field required

  • 7 years of experience leading/managing IT programs/projects

  • Full range of Project Management skills with the ability to communicate on Stakeholder, Budget, and Risk Management

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior opertiaonl management audiences

  • Proficient in various types of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

  • Familiar with various IT and PM tools - JIRA, Confluence, etc.

  • Excellent knowledge of project cost management including preparing cost estimates to determine project budgets, projecting Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC), and managing total project budget.

  • Understands all aspects of IT software development lifecycle

You will report to the Vice President of IT.

This is a role that must map and deliver the ultimate <i>future</i> state and must “own” the <i>current</i> everyday systems operations and immediate priorities. Key stakeholders are the executive team members and their respective functions. The position requires a mature leader with strong communication skills, extensive ERP background with Experience at driving process improvement projects. This IT leader will be responsible for directing and managing IT-oriented strategic plans, policies, programs, networks, and business intelligence systems to support the business goals and objectives.
