Oversee the US Commercial IT portfolio, aligning IT investments with business strategies to advance client's mission. Define, plan, and manage the IT portfolio, collaborating with IT leaders and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritize the US Commercial IT portfolio according to IT governance. Value Realization:

Lead business case creation and management to support IT investments and ensure benefits realization. Performance Management: Define and track success metrics, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.

Fiscal Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Standardization: Implement standardized processes for demand planning and project management, scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Innovation: Drive innovation-focused projects to enhance IT outcomes. Tools: Use tools like ServiceNow for portfolio management and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Drive portfolio management maturity and Agile adoption.

Risk Management: Manage risks and dependencies for timely project delivery. Required Skills:

Proven success in IT portfolio management and change management. Advanced experience in business process controls, resource, and budget management. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership skills, facilitation, and decision-making abilities.

PMI, Agile certifications, or similar experience. Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Smartsheets, ServiceNow, and Jira. Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.

Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience. Ability to build diverse networks and treat everyone equitably.
