Position: Information Technology Network Architect

Location: Jeannette, PA (hybrid schedule)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Network Architect to join our dynamic IT team. Reporting to the Regional IT Director, the Network Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level IT infrastructure solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence technology strategy, and drive innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and implement high-level IT infrastructure designs and proposals in response to internal customer requests and business demands.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver cost-effective, supportable end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, standards, and security protocols.

• Provide technical consultancy and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in governance bodies for the approval of high-level designs and contribute to IT governance processes.

• Support colleagues through peer reviews, compliance checks, and promotion of best practices.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design patterns, standards, and design blocks.

• Stay current on industry trends and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong technical networking knowledge with industry-recognized certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP.

• Experience with global network vendors such as Cisco and HPE.

• Proficiency in WAN routing, LAN switching, and network device configuration.

• In-depth understanding of IP networking within Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Experience in project management and the full project lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
