Under general direction of the Information Technology Manager II (IT Mgr II), the Information Technology Manager I (IT Mgr I) works independently as the ITSM Support Manager. The IT Mgr I is responsible for overseeing the Information Technology (IT) processes and tools used to deliver and support California Department of Technology's (CDT) services. Directs and oversees activities to integrate processes and technology. Processes include, but are not limited to Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, Change, asset, configuration, release and disaster recovery. Technology includes but not limited to ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Data warehouse, Power BI, Snowflake, application monitoring, and interfaces.

Working Conditions
Must pass a fingerprint background criminal record check completed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
May be required to carry a mobile device.
May be required to work weekends or holidays.
