The Marlin Alliance Inc. is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Training Professional to support our Navy client. This individual works in partnership with headquarters administration as part of the Knowledge Management (KM) team to provide training support to the client organization, both in person and online. This individual will also be involved in improving content management and knowledge sharing processes across various Navy teams. Salary is commensurate with experience. Candidate must have an active Secret clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review current training needs and identify solutions for both in-person training and online stand-alone training.

  • Develop, publish, and deliver both in-person training, virtual instructor-led training, and online stand-alone training on various collaboration tools managed by the KM team.

  • Meet and communicate with stakeholders to determine their training requirements.

  • Communicate with clients to develop solutions to their content management needs using the collaboration tools.

  • Troubleshoot issues regarding the various collaboration tools for stakeholders.

  • Build survey questions, follow up with stakeholders, and export metrics from a survey portal.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to modify their survey questions to remove bias and generate actionable metrics.

  • Develop question logic and branching for survey questions.

  • Provide recommendations to stakeholders on how to move forward based on survey feedback.

  • Provide online meeting support using the DOD online meeting tool for large presentations.

  • Develop video tutorials and edit other teams video as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

Required

  • Minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance.

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF).

  • Experience developing training and performance solutions.

  • Experience with e-learning software such as Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia, or Snagit.

  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop short- and long-term plans for project execution is a necessity for this position.

  • Flexibility and change management skills are essential for this position. The candidate will need to be able to adjust to changing requirements and communicate with individuals from various client teams on a consistent basis.

  • The candidate must be able to effectively prioritize tasking and communicate with stakeholders when deadlines change or are not possible.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design or related field.

  • Experience working with survey development and analysis.

  • Experience with the SurveyMonkey platform (or a similar tool).

  • Prior knowledge of or experience with the US Navy/Department of Defense.

  • Experience with change management implementation.

SUMMARY Will effectively administercore information systems; roles and rights, technology on-boarding andoff-boarding. Will assist on-site team members with information systems accessmanagement, supporting the Business System's Manager (BSM) in his or hermanagement of the company's management information systems (MIS), propertymanagement systems (PMS), email, computer network, phone and communicationssystems. This is a Full-timeposition Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Compensation is based onexperience. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. We offer an extensivebenefits package to our full time employees; including 2 weeks paid vacation +Health benefits (medical, dental and vision) + holiday pay + access to a 401Kplan. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * User Management and support including onboarding/offboarding employees;assigning, transferring, updating and terminating user access within the company'sMIS and PMS. * Administer corporate email on Exchange 365 and Active Directory(user management, contacts, distribution and security groups as well aslicenses and email archives) as directed by BSM. * Maintain and administer core intranet (SharePoint based) liststimely and accurately. * Administer systems for tracking corporate and onsite propertyequipment inventory and access. * Support implementation of PMS components and associated forms. * Administer domain names for Sunrise-managed properties, add newones, and renew in a timely manner. * Provide training and support to property administrators who inturn provide onsite property team members with ongoing phone and remote supportfor computer and programs troubleshooting (MIS, PMS and email set up) usingremote control tools. * Administer corporate mobile devices and service, includingpurchasing, activating, troubleshooting and billing. Work with various vendorsto assure Sunrise receives the most cost effective service available. * Administer the HQ phone system including voice mail and Call Accounting System for Sunrise and sublessee. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
