Information Technology (It) Recruiter

Expired Job

Pira Consulting Eden Prairie , MN 55344

Posted 2 months ago

Pira Consulting LLC is looking to hire a Information Technology (IT) staffing focused recruiter on a salaried + commission/bonus basis.

Pira Consulting is growing, frankly faster than we can keep up with. We are able to provide an incredible opportunity to join our company in it's infant stages and to grow with us, as we attack the Minneapolis / St Paul market and ultimately grow nation-wide. You will have immediate access to multiple open, direct contact, non-VMS, limited competition requirements here in the Twin Cities area and some out of state business as well.

We are looking for someone with 1-3+ years of professional IT related staffing experience, ideally here (but not a must) in the Minneapolis / St Paul market.

Pira Consulting is a very diverse, multi-skill set, professional staffing firm headquartered here in the Twin Cities area. We offer all 3 different types of staffing opportunities including contract assignments, contract-to-hire scenarios and permanent placement staffing for our various clients. The one thing that we do NOT do is temp agency related placement. We feel strongly that while true temp assignments can be helpful to any individual in a tough spot financially, most individuals are looking for positions to help grow their career for the long haul and we therefore specifically focus on each person's different personalities, strengths, weaknesses, desires, preferences, and needs to place them into great long term opportunities. We demand that our recruiters focus their efforts around understanding each consultants specific goals, unique skills and particular interests to match each person to organizations/positions for a win-win employee/employer partnership.

Our diversity comes into play regarding the various skill sets that we offer. We have several different staffing divisions including engineering, finance/accounting, office/clerical and production/labor. This particular position would be supporting our Information Technology (IT) division and be specifically selling our recruiting/placement services to our clients in the following job areas:

  • Application Development-Support (Front-End, Mobile, UI, Wed)
  • Business Analyst / Intelligence
  • Cloud
  • Database
  • Design (Graphic, Mobile, UX, Web)
  • Digital / e-commerce
  • ERP
  • Helpdesk-Service Support Desk-Desktop Support
  • InfoSec (IAM, TVM, GRC)
  • ITSM-ITIL
  • LAN-WAN-Voice
  • Mobility
  • Network Engineering-Monitoring
  • QA-Testing
  • Project Management-Coordination
  • Systems Admin / Engineer
  • Etc

Full disclosure:

Pira Consulting truly embodies a customer first mentality...for both our clients and the professionals that we recruit/place. In consequence, we demand honest and open communication and will hold every internal employee to the highest of standards. And because of these expectations...when met...we offer the highest, most lucrative compensation plan in the staffing industry. This is a career, not a job. If you wish to be pushed and be rewarded with high compensation and/or career growth into other areas of staffing, management, leadership, executive leadership, etc...then please apply and we'll gladly tell you more. If you are looking to blend in with the crowd, punch a clock or land a cushy salaried gig...we probably aren't for you.
