JOB SUMMARY: The Helpdesk Technician will primarily work at the Stadium and assist with helpdesk tickets, build computers, and add them to the network, troubleshoot basic and advanced computer software and hardware issues. This technician will also support printers, copiers, smartphones, tablets and provide basic and advanced technical customer service to our users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work through IT "Helpdesk" tickets (FreshService) and "ad hoc" tickets by troubleshooting hardware, operating systems and application issues. This may require working on various levels of Operating Systems and Applications. This includes working on printer/copier issues. May require working/troubleshooting with other internal technical departments and 3rd party vendors when/where needed.

Build and deploy laptops/desktops/tablets/smartphones for users. This will include setting up computers with proper hardware and software configurations for the users as required. The Helpdesk Technician will also set up user accounts and ensure a quality setup and delivery to the users.

Provide IT Support coverage on Game Days and/or Events and/or NFL Draft and/or shift coverage schedules as needed.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/seminars, reviewing professional publications, increasing technical knowledge and skillset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Resume

  • B.S - Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical degree in the IT field OR must have 3 years of experience troubleshooting and working on computer gear.

  • 3-5 Years experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 Operating System

  • 3-5 Years experience working with Apple MAC Operating Systems

  • 3-5 Years experience working with computer hardware and troubleshooting.

  • 3-5 Years experience working with IT Endpoint Security Tools (Anti-Virus Software, Endpoint Security/Patching)

  • 3-5 Years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • 3-5 Years experience working with (LAN/WAN), TCIP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

  • Strong Collaborative Team Skills

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to Multitask.

  • Ability to work flexible/long hours/weekends as needed.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Good Written Communication Skills

  • Good Oral Communication Skills

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is $60,000- $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
