If so, the Information Technology Office wants to speak to you about an IT Generalist Administrator 2 position to serve as the Cloud Administrator for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Enterprise Infrastructure Division. If you have the professional experience, come join the PLCB team with this exciting career opportunity!In this position, you will provide advanced technical administration following Industry Best Practices, lead and management of all agency resources in the implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple cloud datacenters, presently Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will also work with all teams to implement security best practices. In addition, you will require understanding of security concerns and solutions at the application, systems, network, cloud platform and directory levels.

You will provide high-level strategic planning and guidance to allow for the successful adoption of Cloud-based technologies or services. You will also troubleshoot complex issues affecting PLCB cloud environments and applications. Issues could include but are not limited to user access, connectivity, high availability, application performance and environment security.

You will evaluate and recommend new or existing cloud services and technologies when advantageous to PLCB initiatives. In addition, you will lead ongoing technology evaluations and need assessments in collaboration with various LCB groups to support agency cloud strategy and continuous process improvement activities supporting PLCB business requirements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Telework:You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as an Information Technology Generalist Administrator 1, Senior Applications Developer, Database Administrator 1, Data Administrator 1, Information Security Specialist 2, or Network Administrator 1; or
Four years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs,

or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field;or

Six years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs,

or other information technology support/administration services;or

Two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

You must pass the test to meet the Minimum Experience and Training Requirements.
This particular position also requires that applicants must possess three years or more experience with Powershell scripting utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PowerShell modules and module authoring for Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI) environments.
