Information Technology Customer Service Representative Full-Time

Position Overview:

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance and support. You will provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

• Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with the resolution.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams for further investigation and resolution.

• Document all client interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in an IT environment.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• Experience using ticketing systems and CRM software preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
