Experience with Microsoft Exchange
Experience virtualization strategy, design, implementation and maintenance using VMware vSphere 5.x servers and clusters including vCenter.
Knowledgeable of with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and DFS
Work with systems administrators to plan effective support for Microsoft Windows server software and hardware.
Able to deploy GPO using best practice architecture.
Hospital Experience necessary
Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
Provides high quality customer service to achieve established customer satisfaction goals.
Provide support for all Microsoft Windows Servers; respond to other teams' requests, questions and trouble reports.
Install and maintain operating systems, utilities and application software on complex multi-vendor hardware and OS.
Troubleshoot hardware failures, OS crashes and urgent support for application, analysis of performance issues and all hardware and OS exceptions.
Monitor system status which consists of checking the status of CPU, memory and space usage; check I/O and other status data with monitoring tool; code for shell of administration and monitoring running status of applications
Provide 24 x 7 on call support and on site for major issues.
Must be able to work during non-standard business hours and weekends.
