Your experience, knowledge and advanced skills will support the IS/IT department and teams with the following:

  • Analyzation for user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate

  • Improve existing computer systems in a call center environment by performing day-to-day end user support, database/system maintenance, trouble shooting and enhancement of installed MS-SQL Server and proprietary processing

  • Analyzes the needs of all departments and works with the IT team to establish priorities for, and systems design and implementation of, MS-SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Pentaho, Crystal Reports projects and other programming

  • Perform database management, client data imports/exports, analysis and reporting financial data management and data merge/purge.

  • Understand and perform data transfer process(ETL)

  • Research data discrepancies, and work within the IT/IS department as well as other departments to review and resolve system

  • Work with vendor-side support personnel on implementations, upgrades, patches, and application support.

  • Work with management to collect and define requirements and translate requirements into applications/reports/solutions that add value to the

  • Provide website maintenance and updates as

  • Provide assistance with FTP and IIS functionality and

What are we looking for in a IS/IT Jr. Analyst?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related degree area and one to two years of experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Basic skillset with MS SQL Server

  • Basic skillset with T_SQL queries

  • Knowledge of report development and standardization

  • Understanding of relational database(s) design

  • Effective organizational, communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including evenings, and/or weekends as required

  • Desire to grow into a higher level Informational System Analyst role

  • Intermediate HTML/CSS experience

  • Basic knowledge of new Microsoft tools, such as Power Flow, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms

Job Description: Instruct HVAC hands on labs for Energy Systems lab 1 and 2. The hired instructor is expected to have experience in: (1) HVAC electrical wiring for burners and controls, (2) pipe processing skills such as brazing, soldering, cutting, (3) taking measurement, (4) perform complete combustion test, and (5) carry out preventive maintenance on oil and gas burners. The instructor is expected to conserve safety during the lab and demonstrate understanding of the technicalities involved in oil and gas burners functions and controls.
