A Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.An Associate’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.Certifications count as a year experience.Qualifying certs are:
CAP
CASP+ CE
CISM
CISSP (or Associate)
GSLC
CCISO

- Intermediate to expert Linux experience, specifically Redhat.
- Linux hardening and troubleshooting
- Host based intrusion detection, aide, ossec, Osquery. Understand how it ties into blue teams,
- Automate deployment of security tools with ansible, terraform, bash
- Automate fact gathering from aws and corp APIs with python and bash
- Working knowledge of kubernetes and proficient with kubectl and helm
