This position works with sales management analyzing data and compiling statistical information to monitor/highlight trends affecting day-to-day operations, ensure volume and distribution goals are met, new products are introduced with success and all suppliers received timely reports on progress and accomplishments in the market. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze data and compile statistical information to assist sales management in reaching volume, financial and distribution goals.

  • Generate and prepare various sales related reports using Margin Minder, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint Programs.

  • Maintain internal sales related databases and Excel spreadsheets for current information and accuracy.

  • Create various point of sale material (new item, shelf tags, sell sheets, banner requests, channel strips, and case cards) for DM's, Reps, etc.

  • Variety of clerical duties for sales managers and sales representatives to support customer accounts and the sales department.

  • Updated and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.

  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.

  • Coordinate events including monthly sales meetings, supplier meeting, special events, etc.

  • Maintain and develop information on company intranet site.

  • Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.

RequirementsJob Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Beverage distribution support experience a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of Margin Minder, SQL, and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.

  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.

The primary job responsibilities are, but not limited to, administering the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and personnel files for the company and all of its subsidiaries, and provides administrative support to the other members of the Human Resources team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Gather, process, maintain, verify, and update employee information and documentation regarding personnel actions, including creating employee files, collecting and uploading new hire paperwork, and documenting performance evaluations, raises, bonuses, and disciplinary action * Process personnel action forms and ensure proper approvals * Administer company-wide performance evaluation, bonus, and wage increase programs * Maintain internal databases of employee information, including the companys HRIS system, Paylocity, and verify the information contained therein * Create new accounts and manage access permissions * Identify database training needs and train users on functionalities and new features * Produce regular and ad hoc employment data reports and examine employee files to provide information in response to requests by authorized persons * Troubleshoot, report, and work with the Paylocity vendor to resolve technical issues and improve functionality * Develop processes and guidelines * Conduct audits of employee paperwork including job descriptions and contracts * Respond to employment verification and reference requests * Process unemployment claims * Work with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing * Ensure compliance with HIPPA and other data protection regulations * Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions * Other duties as assigned This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS Significant verifiable work experience as an administrator for Paylocity or other HRIS strongly preferred. Should possess the ability to represent the company in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to learn, teach others, and work well in a team environment. A high regard for accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines is required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the ability to sit, be able to effectively use hands and fingers, and talk and listen. Will be occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; and crouch. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Coastal Villages Region Fund has a strict Drug and Alcohol Policy. As a condition of employment, selected applicants must have acceptable background and reference check results. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and florescent lighting.
