Job Description

As an Information Services Developer II, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing systems based on business and functional requirements. Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective strategies
• Design and code applications with essential functionalities
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address issues with technical solutions
• Develop code following best practices and organizational standards
• Deploy code using automation and testing tools
• Evaluate system acquisitions and provide input on compatibility, cost, and maintenance
• Integrate software components into existing systems
• Develop standards and proactive processes for data collection and reporting
• Participate in research, design, development, and implementation of applications
• Fix problems during test cycles and improve deliverable quality
• Document each development phase for reference and maintenance

Required Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, algorithms, and data structures
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of programming principles and design
• Technical expertise in application and integration design, development, databases, operating systems, and information services
• Proficiency in WEB platforms (.NET/C#), Automation (RPA, Test Automation), Microsoft IIS, Linux, Apache, Unix, Microsoft Foundation Server
• Experience with internal/external customer coordination and solution design
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in additional programming languages or frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field required
