Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas: - Engaging business and technology stakeholders at all levels to gather long term goals and requirements; - Designing and building security technology solutions aligned to a global central service environment; - Demonstrating hands on engineering experience with enterprise security technology; and, - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas: - Building multiple relationships with stakeholders throughout major transformation; - Balancing business stakeholders and a central technology service organization; - Navigating a matrix organization; - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets; and, - Navigating a global professional services organization, preferably in the financial services industry.

Information Security engages with multiple groups within risk, compliance, and technology owners. This role will work closely with the Line of Businesses (LOB) to provide Information Security support for business initiatives. The role will work closely with the Line of Businesses (LOB) to develop a strong understanding of the business and how the various information security domains, IAM, Security Assurance, Security Operations and Cybersecurity could be aligned. The ideal candidate will have a strong information security focus with very strong business acumen who can bridge the gap between business and technology and can understand information security related impact. Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories: Application Security * Work with the relevant Business Unit to ensure that their security requirements are fulfilled through a strong understanding of the business unit's operational needs. * Support services related to information security such as application security, security architecture review, vulnerability and threat assessment, * Advise the relevant business unit as to their program goals and issues associated with information and cyber security. * Additional ad-hoc IS related initiatives and projects. Vulnerability and Threat Management Liaison * Providing oversight and review of vulnerability assessment for applications and infrastructure Provide Liaison support on device security configuration, vulnerabilities' remediation, and provide viable options to close or mitigate. * Coordination of information security incidents cross functionally. * Provide technical security advice on security related infrastructure, technologies, and services to ensure satisfaction of information security requirements. Team Leadership * Manage team of security architects, vulnerability and threat analysts and liaison specialists and foster team building and positive environment * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, rules of engagement and status reporting of each assessment and task. * Responsible for communicating with the stakeholders at every stage of the project, scanning, and testing activities. * Lead IS forums, such as working groups, and other initiatives/programs as assigned. * Support the larger team in the delivery of information and cyber security support to the business Qualifications * Typically has 10 plus years of related Information Security and Business consulting experience. * 4+ years of Team Management Experience. * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience. * CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNA, GSEC or equivalent designation. * Previous leadership experience with the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. * Expert knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computing platforms. * Knowledge of SOX, ISO and NIST standards mandatory.
