Responsible for maintaining the organization's security posture by implementation and operation of security controls, policies, and procedures.

What will your job look like?

  • You will be working as part of the scrum team developing security solutions based on different platforms using web, mobile, IoT and cloud technologies

  • You will assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting functional and performance issues associated with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) tool

  • You will assist to development teams to understand ISAM features and capabilities and will assist with user access support and serve as escalation for user issue resolution

  • You will assist with installation, configuration, and customization of role-based access control tools

  • You will support and initiate security architecture design based for mobile and application related security aspects

  • You will participate in the information security risk assessment program ensuring compliance with the information security policy and associated procedures

  • You will keep updated with emerging security threats and alerts. Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts

  • You will respond and analyze business unit requests, ensuring CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) of customer and Amdocs data and providing solutions without business interruptions

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology, or equivalent years of hands on experience

  • Expert level working with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) tool

  • Expert level Privileged Identity or Access Management both with user access support and system implementation and/or support

  • Experience and knowledge within the domains of mobile security, from infrastructure to application based.

  • Deep understanding/experience with role-based access controls, account management, password policies, Windows security, and privileged access to Windows server, work stations, and Unix / Linux

  • Full-time work experience in information security

  • In-depth knowledge of security architecture, tools, and technologies

  • In-depth knowledge of information security concepts and methodologies

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance standards (PCI DSS, Sox, DPA, and so on) and IS standards (ISO 27001, BS25999, ISO 20000, OWASP, and so on)

  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge with Java development

  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and approach

  • Experience or desire to work as part of an international multi-cultural team of experts

  • iOS Development, Android Development, Roku Development, Amazon Fire Development, Tizen Development experience is preferable

  • A passion for the tools and technology used to protect systems and applications

  • CISSP preferred or similar certification/experience

Join our mission today. Role Overview This position is for an experienced Security Services professional. Processes and maintains security information, data, and documents. Responsible for investigation of security violations resulting recommendations for preventive actions. Primary Responsibilities: * Establishes, documents, implements. and monitors the Information System (IS) Security Program. System Security Plans (SSP) and related procedures for the facility. * Authors and maintains documentation supporting the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) of assigned systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF). * Performs security control assessments as part of the Continuous Monitoring Plan. * Oversees configuration management of assigned systems and validates audits are performed by the ISSO to ensure the security posture integrity. * Conducts periodic hardware and software inventory assessments. Identifies system security control shortcomings and serves as lead for remediating deficiencies. * Investigates security incidents such as data spills. data integrity and malicious events. * Provides security education training to employees. * Other duties as required Qualifications: Education I Certification: This position requires a Bachelor's degree (IT related discipline preferred) and 5 years of experience related to Information Systems in a classified environment, fulfilling the role of an ISSM, ISSO or very similar role in a classified environmentor - OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required. Basic Qualifications: * At least a current final Secret clearance * A working knowledge of the NISPOM and DAAPM * Current CISSP Certification * Must be able to obtain RMF Training as specified in the Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of information systems security components and best practices including: firewalls, intrusion detection systems. anti-virus software. data encryption. and other industry-standard techniques and practices. * Ability to validate system security controls on multiple Operating Systems (OS). UNIX, Linux. and Windows for both stand-alone and network configurations. * Experience with Windows server and VMware. * Working knowledge of security configuration requirements for individual applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, Network Devices, etc.). * Knowledge of related utilities and hardware.
