Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As Information Security Program Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Information Technology. You will also help develop and maintain alignment between information security/cybersecurity risk and team goals and strategy.

• Collaborate with the VP to develop, implement, and manage information security programs according to organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks, working closely with the VP, business leaders and risk teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Support the VP in the development and maintenance of information security procedures.

• Monitor and guide on compliance with established policies and security regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with business leaders and other relevant partners to assess and manage security risks related to security posture and cybersecurity hygiene.

• Support aligning an effective security incident response and business continuity plan.

• Coordinate and participate in incident response activities, working closely with the VP and relevant technical & business teams.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness and training programs.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Ten or more years of experience in program management and information security/cybersecurity

• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, regulations, and best practices

• Knowledge in cyber risk management principles and methods

• Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM or similar certifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security/Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Business Information Systems, or a related field
