Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a talented and energetic Information Security Program Manager, as it serves the needs of our rapidly-expanding client base across the United States. This position is based at ESI's South Orange County Service Center.

About the Opportunity
We currently seek an experienced Information Security Program Manager who will be a passionate security leader in our organization. The candidate should be able to work well with a team of operational leaders, technical leaders and engineers, and other subject-matter experts in our fast paced and growing environment.
BS in Computer Science or Information Systems with 5+ years of related technical security experience.
Experience implementing security frameworks
Experience influencing engineering teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver secure enterprise environments
Experience with developing software tooling to solve custom problems.
Experience in healthcare and HIPAA regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints
Ability to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills
Manage the Information Security Program to develop and drive programmatic efforts to address external, internal, and emerging security risks throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain process for tracking, categorizing, and securing data assets
Formalize and socialize information security governance structure with a risk-based security strategy, updated policies, and supporting compliance and capability metrics.
Implement and manage security framework with its corresponding controls customized to the organization's operational needs.
Develop and document a set of risk-based data protection standards for each classification of data.
Formalize existing information security risk activities into a cohesive security risk management process that provides reasonable assurance that information risks are understood and managed in accordance with organizational tolerances for risk.
Conduct security architecture assessments to evaluate existing security program and architectures, identify weaknesses and make recommendations.
Develop, implement, and enforce configuration baselines, hardened in accordance with industry best practice guidelines.
Develop threat intelligence management process by combining information from external sources, internal events, and specific industry-related threats to provide a comprehensive threat intelligence repository.
Develop automated processes to incorporate intelligence to apply to events into a formal SIEM or other log aggregation and alerting tool for correlation of security logs
Develop incident response playbooks and conduct periodic tabletop exercises to evaluate current capabilities against likely incident scenarios.
