Description

Citigroup Technology, Inc. seeks an Information Security Prof. Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Assist in the implementation of Citi's Cyber Crisis Management Portal (C2MP) for the Cyber security Fusion Center (CSFC), used for the response and protection of Citi's computer networks and information.

Assist in the development and support of multiple productivity products for Data Scientists. Products include designing, developing and maintaining multiple situational awareness products for the CSFC. Responsible for designing and developing various technical solutions/applications and automation capabilities to support the timelines and efficiency of data that is gathered from multiple sources.

Duties include supporting existing software applications and technical platforms to improve performance. Assist with efforts to collect, document and design an information security workflow event management system in addition to writing operational code to maintain centralized data storage repositories to allow for the querying and data mining of intelligence data. Develop scripts based on a multitude of diverse data sources, customizing each to fit into established, standardized templates.

Analyze processes to identify opportunities within different operations for the automation and implementation of technical solutions to increase efficiency. Design and implement a securely maintained team web site using SharePoint portal, utilized for document repository, tracking change requests and business requirements, and serving as a communication vehicle to the team's client base.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering or closely related technical field and 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, SharePoint Developer, Information Security Analyst or closely related role.

At least 3 years of experience must include: Performing SharePoint Development; Performing visualization design for Cyber Security related dashboards for situational awareness; Utilizing Microsoft Access Database, SQL, Visual Studio, C# .NET, XML, HTML; Utilizing IIS as web server to host the dashboards; Performing Version control using SVN; and Debugging existing code base.
