Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Corporate Risk's Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity on the Enterprise Access Management team for an Information Security Manager 1 to manage the daily provisioning activities for Database systems. Primary responsibilities include:
Provides leadership and decision-making for a highly technical team responsible for providing ID and resource management, problem resolution, enforcement of security policies/standards/risk controls, implementation of new on-boards and technologies, as well as tier 3 support for systems and applications used by the lines of businesses;
Provisioning oversight over multiple database provisioning processes including Oracle, SQL, Informix, Sybase, DB2 , MongoDB, MySQL, and Teradata
Is responsible for solutions and processes used to mitigate risk and ensure the security of data;
Works collaboratively with other managers within the Enterprise to continually increase the efficiency of processes a
Ensures staffing is adequate for shifts in work, volume fluctuations and new business;
Is responsible for performance management activities, staff coaching, training and development;
Administers budget, operating policies, and planning for the department;
Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools;
May represent the organization to external partners, including regulators, industry groups and governmental agencies.

Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business
A BS/BA degree or higher
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
Ability to identify and present processes/operational enhancements
Ability to negotiate and facilitate issue resolution
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: in the banking/financial industry
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Other Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in managing one or more of the following functions and technologies: production support, incident management, and database administrator functions with Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Teradata, MySQL, MongoDB and DB2
Demonstrated Knowledge of Access Management functions and processes
Experience with Project planning and project management
Proven use of metrics and data used for decision making.
Ability to develop effective metric reporting.
