This position as a member of Directory Services function requires planning, coordination, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan and Coordinate efforts to implement solutions or remediate issues

  • Track progress of work plans and initiatives

  • Report and present KPI Metrics and Status on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

  • Present plans and solutions to technical or non-technical audience

  • Compile technical implementation plans or documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Provide basic-level support for Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure AD as-needed

  • Engage internal or external support (vendor TAC) for additional support as-needed

  • Perform configuration updates or software upgrades via change control process

  • Participate in 24x7 On-Call Support rotation per schedule

Qualifications

  • Requires 5+ years of experience in the area of Planning and Coordination

  • Ability to compile technical implementation plans and technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Ability to compile presentations: Solution, KPI/Metrics, Status Updates

  • Ability to present materials to technical or non-technical staff

  • Must have the ability to multitask and work independently with little supervision

  • Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Azure AD, AD Connect, AD Federation Services

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting Active Directory, Network, Server/System, or other Infrastructure technology

  • Possess understanding of IT security controls

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio

  • Basic-level proficiency in MS Active Directory (AD), Azure AD

Desired

  • Industry/Technical certification(s): Project+, CAPM, CSM
  • IT Technical certifications: MCSA, MCSE, Network+, CCNA
  • Active Directory/Kerberos/Group Policy and associated tools experience
