Position Summary:

The Information Security Analyst II provides accurate and timely administration, monitoring, and reporting of systems and potential risks related to the company. In addition, the position will support the banks firewall administration & change management, provide email support, and educate Stakeholders on how to keep the company in compliance with regulations and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for information security related education and awareness initiatives for the company, ensures Stakeholders are informed of expectations and processes at a corporate and departmental level

  • Coordinate, monitor and test the Corporation's information security controls, including Spam wall and Firewall administration to ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy; prepares management reports on results and remediation

  • Ensures appropriate planning, documentation, scheduling, and testing of the Corporation's Information Security Program and Policy to include GLBA, Dodd Frank and other regulatory programs

  • Oversight of daily administration of information security systems that includes firewalls, spam filtering, SIEM, and other perimeter security systems

  • Leads the Cybersecurity vulnerability remediation efforts for network devices and systems

  • Reviews the firewall ticketing system and document effective change management controls

  • Maintains the current information/documentation to support the Corporation's FDICIA/SOX reporting, internal audits, and regulatory reviews

  • Authenticates email administration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

  • Maintains DLP (Data Loss Prevention) measures across company systems

  • Technical project lead for Information Security strategic initiatives

  • Occasional night and weekend support

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree from a four-year college or university

  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with development, implementation, operation, and testing of information technology within the financial industry

  • Experience with log aggregation tools such as Security Incident Event Management (SIEM)

  • Advanced Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)

  • Ability to write data queries and perform data manipulation

  • Moderate to advanced skills with MS Excel

  • DNSSec understanding/experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively present information in a classroom environment

  • Technical writing skills

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community

  • Project Management skills

  • Network and Hardware Troubleshooting Skills

  • Able to work Independently and have ability prioritize & triage tasks

Position Brief: The Information Technology Manager will focus on enterprise applications, infrastructure applications and IT governance. This position will manage the day to day functions of all corporate software. This includes core banking, business and infrastructure applications, during their entire lifecycle. The position will work with assigned business units to evaluate technology process improvements and solutions. This position will also manage the software portfolio and lifecycle. This manager will provide day to day oversight of the IT governance function. Essential Functions * Manage the people and technology that report to this position. This includes Jack Henry core banking, business and infrastructure applications (includes all security applications). * Managing the technology governance function; by designing controls, providing oversight and managing enterprise technology risk. * Provide capacity and compliance management oversight, including reports and dashboards. Manage the technology application/project portfolio, by aligning with business management and controlling costs. * Complete long-term application strategic planning, documentation and evaluation required to meet business objectives. * Develop requirements, documentation and architectural designs for all application related projects. Knowledge and Education * Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, or Computer Science related field preferred but not required. * Experience managing technology teams, with a focus on development and performance management. * Experience managing technology, banking or governance projects. * Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Windows based software applications. Experience with Endpoint security systems or other modern technology systems to include; networking, database management, core banking or programming platforms. * Strong understanding of banking regulations and their impact on corporate Information Technology. * Strong business background. Must be able to communicate technology with business management. * Ability to communicate and write clearly and concisely. Candidate must be able to produce business requirements. * Ability to work as part of a team and to complete tasks as assigned, with great attention to detail. * Independent thought is required.
