We are looking for two temporary hires (with the potential for regular hire) to assist the organization with oversight and governance of it's Information Security and Cybersecurity initiatives. Engage varying business lines to assess risks and identify threats to the information assets of the Bank. Conduct and participate in vulnerability & penetration testing, risk assessments, security awareness and socialization, 3rd party vendor, product and service assessments (SSAE 16 SOC reviews), as well as policy management and procedure reviews. Interact and direct with different levels of management. Engage other subject matter experts (Legal, IT, Compliance, Human Resources, and Audit) to affect policy and achieve compliance.
The ideal candidates are skilled in identifying potential threats and respond to reported security violations to determine causes, potential resolutions and remedial actions required to ensure data security. Ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders for vendor management and manage the company's security risk assessment process is a required. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of and compliance with the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, and the bank's policies and procedures, affecting the employee's job duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and related requirements, the lending, deposit, and other consumer protection regulations, and industry, ethical or fiduciary practices or standards, as applicable.

Advanced ability in the use of the PC and MS Office.
Good problem-solving, organizational and presentation skills helpful.
Degree in Audit, MIS, Information assurance or Computer Science from an accredited 4-year college/university is required
