Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Information Assurance (IA) Systems Administrator in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. The IA System Administrator/Engineer is responsible for providing a full range of IT support services with client/server services, enterprise services, and network communications. Moreover, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of Server and Client functions in Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2 and Windows 7/8.1/10 environments including Active Directory, DNS, GPO's, PKI and Auditing. Lastly, you will exhibit extensive experience in Information Assurance in support of ICD-503 compliance as it relates to building client/server images for deployment and Tier 1 3 support.
Experience with RAIDs, SANs, High Availability, Backup and Disaster Recovery.
Configuration, migration and O&M of Windows applications such as SCCM, WSUS, Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync.
Experience with virtual environment configuration and maintenance.
Experience with system monitoring tools, including Retina, solar
Winds, and BelManage.
Experience with system security tools including McAfee, Cisco, and IT PIE.
Work with A&A authorities within the customer and IC to ensure IA measures meet mission objectives IAW applicable security policies and directives.
Deploy all required software upgrades and patches as directed.
Perform maintenance, repair and upgrade of hardware and printers; interfacing with support repair techs.
Research and order hardware/software to meet customer needs.
Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings.
Experience in setup/configuration of network devices.
Provide superior customer service; possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment.
Support process improvement initiatives as directed.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and 7+ years of overall IT experience.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of the security hardening process as it relates to ICD 503 and DCID 6/3 for server and client operating systems.
Extremely motivated individual who is a self-starter and a team player
Previous experience supporting the NRO is highly desired.
Experience with management and administration of Red Hat Linux 6.0-7.0 is highly desired.
Experience with management and administration of VMWare is highly desired.
