Information Assurance Lead

IT Concepts is seeking a Information Assurance Lead who will provide task lead support for all IT operations and sustainment in the DHHQ Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) environment, centrally managed at the DHHQ, on a 24x7x365 basis.  The candidate will execute work within an Open Secret level environment.  The candidate will also be responsible for all ATO/RMF activities and tasks, and the candidate will maintain the DHHQ SIPRNet ATO.  This position works in conjunction with architecture, engineering and sustainment to provide overall integration of systems peripherals so that they operate correctly within a predefined environment.

The candidate will have the following SIPRNet IA responsibilities:

• SIPRNet Environment Support
• SIPRNet Workstation Support Services
• SIPRNet Server Infrastructure Support Services
• SIPRNet Storage Infrastructure Support Services
• SIPRNet Token Issuance & Administration
• SIPRNet Security Operations Support Services
• SIPRNet Network Infrastructure Support Services
• SIPRNet Fiber Alarm Management Support
• SIPRNet DHA Readiness Systems Sustainment and Support

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Performs or oversees systems analysis of highly complex computer and networking systems
• provides guidance and direction to Level II and Level III Information Systems Analysts
• Develops or assists with creation of technical documentation to include but not limited to detailed installation procedures, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared and may supervise others

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. Master’s preferred
• Minimum 8 years of related experience with Master’s or 10 years with Bachelors
• Deep understanding of SIPRNet
• Certifications:
• IAT Level II
