This position will architect, design, develop, and maintain highly scalable interactive Aetna Medicare Stars web portals, from layout to function. Conduct all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
Develop, instruct, direct, and check the work of other systems analysis and programming personnel (onshore and offshore). Formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program and system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Provide focus on cross-application integration & solution design to ensure release success. Conduct restful web services via the HTTP protocol, JSON and web authentication (OAuth). Create services for mobile applications running on cross platform (iOS and Android). Ensure system capabilities are deployed in alignment with desired business processes. Create data model to support the business needs and perform advanced SQL programming and stored procedure development in the database environment.
Examine the large amount of data and convert web application, database into a flexible data model and the reports as per business needs. Develop, maintain and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using mainly Tableau and other reporting tools like SAS Business Object.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum five years of experience working in multiple web projects.
Must also have experience with: SAS Business Objects and the development of ETL components; IBM DB2; SDLC using Agile Methodology; and creating and consuming the Restful web services using Oauth authentication, XML/JSON parsing, production scheduling tools like Zeke or TIDAL, and expertise in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics.
