The Informatics Analyst III - Epic

• Pharmacist supports assigned application user group(s) to help users leverage information technology to improve operational efficiency. He/She develops, delivers, and ensures effectiveness of training programs. The Analyst relies conceptual knowledge, analytical methods and problem solving skills to perform assignments and improve efficiencies within existing applications. This individual will analyze software application and business data to ensure accurate findings and propose applicable recommendations. The person in this role will provide ITS solutions and services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and care.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required in

• Healthcare or

• Informatics Required or

• Education Required or

• Business Required or

• Information Systems

• Experience or Degree in a Different Subject Area will be Considered in lieu of Required Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy Required or Equivalent

• from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy

Experience:

• 2 years Healthcare Operations (clinical, business or education) and

• 1 year Healthcare technology environment Required or

• Experience in Technology Environment considered in lieu of

• Healthcare Operations (clinical, business or education)

• 1 year Curriculum design and training delivery Preferred

Additional Experience:

• Training environment build and maintenance experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensures:

• Pharmacist

• California Licensed - current Required

• Vendor Proficiency/Certification Status

• One Application Preferred

Skills:

• Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables, provide oversight on small projects, and support the IT governance structure.

• Multimedia education tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia) experience preferred.

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio skills required.

• Epic Willow experience preferred

Work Shift:

08.0 - 08:00 - 17:00 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$87.70 - $131.55

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
