Responsibilities

• Be committed to the overall success of the Organization.

• Actively participate in the planning, development, implementation, education and training of the clinical and operational documentation that affects patient care and the overall adoption of new technologies.

• Work closely with clinical IT staff to ensure seamless integration between clinical function and system capabilities.

• Other responsibilities include: call support both on-site and as needed, clinical education of new systems functionality and remedial updates, provider education of new systems functionality, remedial updates and troubleshooting, issue identification including follow ups and resolutions, process improvement identification and clinical observation assessment and service lines attendance.

• Keep updated on the organizations policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Certification or Associate's Degree in Healthcare field (ex. Pharmacy Certified Technician Certified Radiology Technician, Certified Respiratory Therapist)

• Clinical Experience in a wide array of clinical areas

• Knowledge and proficiency of hospital operations and policies

• Licensure in New Jersey

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related Healthcare field; Master's degree in healthcare, business, or healthcare

• Compact licensure
