About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for an Informatica MDM Administrator to support our customer in Linthicum, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate all data system operations, including security procedures, and liaison with infrastructure, security, DevOps, Data Platform and Application team.

  • Ensure that necessary system backups are performed, and storage and rotation of backups is accomplished.

  • Monitor and maintain records of system performance and capacity to arrange vendor services or other actions for reconfiguration and anticipate requirements for system expansion.

  • Assist managers to monitor and comply with State data security requirements.

  • Coordinate software development, user training, network management and major/minor software installation, upgrade and patch management.

  • Must demonstrate a broad understanding of client IT environmental issues and solutions and be a recognized expert within the IT industry.

  • Must demonstrate advanced abilities to team and mentor and possess demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.


Education and Years of Experience:

  • 4 years Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Twelve (12) years of product administration experience in RHEL Linux based environment

  • In that, at least eight (8) years of experience in administering cloud based multi user environment with expertise in planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems.

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in installation, configurations and managing Informatica MDM Hub, Service Integration Framework on Informatica MDM platform

  • Thorough understanding of Informatica MDM concepts including, but not limited to: Match Rules Tuning, workflow, IDD etc.

  • Install, Administer, Upgrade and Manage Informatica MDM platform - master data management (previously known as Siperian) including application servers for cluster and high availability needs.

  • Participates in administrative activities related to MDM platform including but not limited to MDM hub, Process Server, Active VOS, Provisioning and IDD.

  • Extensive experience in installing and support on Linux and on Cloud platform.

  • Experience in configuration and supporting of high availability multi-node environments.

  • Extensive experience in upgrading, patching to keep the systems up-to date.

  • Experience in working with Database administrator to troubleshoot any problems

  • Experience in code deployment across the environments.

  • Experience in setting up the monitoring process for Informatica tools.

  • Experience in system recovery in the event of system failures.

  • Experience applying Hotfixes to Informatica servers

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and coordinating Peer Reviews, Inpatient Pends, Psychological Testing Authorizations, and Department of Human Services (DHS) Fair Hearings. Under the direction of the Clinical Support Supervisor and VP of Clinical Services in coordination with the Medical Director. Position Responsibilities: * Schedule Peer Reviews and Consultations within mandated turnaround times paying special attention to detail including but not limited to the Evaluator(s), or their delegate(s), and Peer Advisor availability. A corresponding Checklist will be filled out for each Peer Review or Consultation scheduled. * Email all parties involved in the Peer Reviews and Consultations to ensure they have appropriate scheduling information as well due dates for letters. Emails are sent to the Peer Advisor, Care Manager/CAFS Coordinator, and Care Manager/CAFS Coordinator supervisor(s). * Notify Care Manager/CAFS Coordinator and Care Manager/CAFS Coordinator supervisor(s) when a DHS Fair Hearing is filed, scheduled, and when a decision has been received. Coordinate scheduling of a Peer Advisor to be present for the DHS Fair Hearing. * Complete Psychological Testing Authorizations. * Notify appropriate parties of retrospective authorization requests provided to us by the Clinical Manager. * Build inquiries for new Grievances and DHS Fair Hearings that are filed. * Maintain Peer Review, Consultation, and DHS log. * Mail Release of Information Forms and Medical Necessity Criteria requests. * Work with strict turnaround times such as 1 hour, 24 hours, and two business days. * Provide coverage in the absence of the Clinical Support Supervisor. * Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's Degree in office administration, business management, or computer applications preferred. Strong communications (written and verbal) skills and performance management skills. Knowledge of regulatory statutes/requirements.
